Communication is key
At Nur, we ensure that both parents/guardians and teachers are kept up-to-date and well-informed about a student's individual progress and goals. All learning at our madrassah is accompanied by constant and comprehensive feedback from teacher to student, as well as from student to teacher, should any questions or problems arise.
Stay in the loop
All parents/guardians receive any important madrassah-wide announcements, as well as other generally useful information, via our parents' group chat.
Got a question?
If you have a specific issue regarding your lessons, you can use your individual class group chat. This is where you can keep up to date with the children's work, ask the teacher any questions, or share advice with other parents. For one-to-one questions, you can of course message your teacher privately.
