We encourage all of our students to make every effort to attend any scheduled sessions.

This will ensure that everyone in the class is moving forward at the same pace and is able to cover all content directly with the teacher.

As a general rule, we will not take a formal register for lessons or reprimand occasional, accidental lateness. However, if we think it is becoming detrimental to your progress, we will be in touch to make sure everything is okay and see if anything needs changing in your learning plan.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes absences cannot be avoided.

Some examples of unavoidable circumstances might be important family events, particularly busy school/work periods, illnesses or even hardware issues (broken devices, weak internet connections etc.)

If, for whatever reason, a student does have to miss a lesson - just let your teacher know, and inshallah we will do our best to make sure everyone is caught up and receives any classwork or homework that was missed out on.
